Our IT division, Total IT, provides expertise and advice on the products and networks used by small medium businesses.
Total Communications (Australia) Pty Ltd was formed in 1986 in preparation for the deregulation of the telecommunications industry, which commenced in 1988.
The company boasts extensive experience in the telecommunications industry within its ranks, much of this derived from the larger manufacturing and network corporations such as Telecom/Telstra, NEC, Ericsson, Panasonic, Siemens, Alcatel and GTP Plessey.
Total Communications has developed a firm foundation in the telecommunications industry, making every endeavour to increase customer service levels and ethical standards within the industry and is today regarded as a market leader by manufacturers, customers and competitors alike.

Total Communications has been successful in winning major contracts to supply and/or install equipment and service nationally to companies such as Pacific Dunlop(256 systems), Coles Myer (250 systems), Dulux (98 systems), Tradelink and many more and has won numerous industry awards for excellence in conducting our business.
Currently the company employs approximately 50 Australians and operates a co-operative network of dealers and contractors providing service to clients throughout all parts of Australia.
