SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Total Communications operates a large, modern and well-equipped service department. We maintain a policy of providing the best possible level of technical support and ongoing service to our growing base of over 4,000 clients.
Total Communications technicians are all full-time employees. This affords complete control over the quality and training of technical staff and therefore the quality of work that our technicians provide to our clients. We are accountable for and guarantee our workmanship.
PROFESSIONAL STAFF TRAINING
Total Communications realises the importance of comprehensive staff training to ensure you get the most from your investment. Our professional training consultants will be available upon cut-over of your new telephone system to ensure that all staff are trained on the operation of the system.
Not only is the initial training important, but also the follow-up. Our training consultants will be available for on-line assistance via our HELP DESK to ensure that your staff is confident with the operation of their new system.
Recognising that assistance to our clients is an ongoing requirement; we maintain a fully supported HELP DESK to ensure that our clients can obtain quick advice and/or information about the operation of the particular telephone system supplied.
REMOTE MAINTENANCE & ADMINISTRATIONAvailable on most of our new telephone systems is remote maintenance and administration facility. A modem within the telephone system's internal diagnostic circuitry is connected to our service management computer network located in our Computerised Service Centre (CSC).
The utilisation of this feature expedites problem solving as our engineering and technical staff within the CSC can carry out all the necessary diagnostic tests before a service technician arrives, thus defining the nature and cause of the problem.
Should parts be required, remote diagnostics allows service technicians to arrive with the necessary parts to rectify the exact problem.
This saves our clients both down-time and money.
