The Prince of Wales Complex has undergone a major refurbishment that included significant
structural alterations both internal and external. This refurbishment required the upgrade of telephone facilities to service the different businesses and had to reflect the complexities of the needs of the different businesses. For example: A 40- room hotel, two restaurants, car park, bar and administration offices. From the initial consultancy, we were given sound advice on how best to achieve the results required and offered solutions in a highly professional manner. All discussions were conducted in a relaxed and friendly manner and we have been delighted with the information provided and the assistance in selecting the correct equipment for our needs. The installation of the telephone system was carried out in an extremely efficient manner, with the staff of Total Communications coordinating with Telstra and all other relevant trades' people to facilitate the change over to the new system with the minimum possible disruption to our business. It must be noted that we are a 24 hour operation. Some time has elapsed since the installation of the system and as the various stages of our refurbishment have unfolded we have found the ongoing service has continued with the same high standard set initially. Total Communications service staff are always accessible and works are always completed promptly when required.
